Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing to be in front of the camera can be intimidating when you don’t have all the answers. That is why I have created a list of some of the most frequent questions asked by client’s so that you have all the information you need to be confident in scheduling your shoot. If your question is not covered here, please reach out and I will be happy to answer!

  • Yes, absolutely! If you feel more comfortable or just need some support on your shoot, you are more than welcome to bring a trusted friend or partner.

  • You don’t need to arrive confident, you only need to arrive as you are. Confidence is something that unfolds during the experience, often quietly and unexpectedly. My role is to guide you gently, creating a space where confidence can grow naturally.

  • Boudoir is not reserved for one body type, age, or version of beauty. Every body holds its own story, softness, and power. Your session is about honoring you, exactly as you exist in this moment, real, and beautifully human.

  • This is one of the most common concerns, and you are never expected to know how to pose. I will help you pose through subtle and thoughtful guidance throughout your session, focusing on natural movement and ease so that “posing” becomes natural.

  • That feeling is completely natural. Being seen can feel scary, but soon that fear turns to confidence. Boundless Boudoir is built on trust, consent, and care. You move at your own pace, always in control, always respected. Vulnerability here is met with gentleness, never judgment.

  • Not at all. Boudoir is about choice. You decide what you wear, what you reveal, and what feels right for you. Every session is customized to your comfort level.

  • Sessions can take place in a studio, a private indoor space, or a natural outdoor setting, depending on your preference and the experience you’re looking for.

  • Yes, I work with a few Hair and Makeup Artists (MUA’s). Professional hair and makeup can be added to your session if you’d like. It’s a beautiful way to feel pampered and relaxed before stepping in front of the camera, but it’s always optional.

  • Yes, for some sessions you may bring multiple outfits. Please see the package details for the session you would like to choose to see if multiple outfits are included.

  • You’re welcome to bring pieces that make you feel comfortable and confident, lingerie, an oversized shirt, a sweater, or even nothing at all. I’m happy to help you choose outfits that align with your vision and feel true to you. I also have a small client closet if you would like to choose outfits from there.

  • Your privacy is deeply respected. Your images are yours, and they are shared only with your explicit permission. Discretion and trust are fundamental to this work. I always appreciate the ability to add selected photos to my portfolio. As Photographers, that is how we share our work.

  • Yes! Choosing to celebrate yourself is amazing, it is self-appreciation. Boudoir can be a gift, a milestone, or simply photos for yourself.
